A novel maskless pattern-coating technology, “Air-Bubble Coating”, has been developed and tested for its feasibility in the manufacture process of OLED devices for the first time. The results of direct capillary coating and on-site size control of ***micro-bubbles and micro-droplets are successfully demonstrated and show its good potential for use. |
