Popis:	Penile carcinoma constitutes less than 1% of all malignancies among the male population. It is more common during the 6th and 7th decades of life, but in one large series of patients, 22% were younger than 40 years of age. Carcinoma of the penis has also been reported in children. Survival in patients with positive iliac nodes can be improved by lymphadenectomy, although at 3 years the rate is poor. In this work we would like to report our case of a 29-year-old male with a large bilateral inguinal and iliac lymphoadenomegaly (3-4 cm.), treated with surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy.
