Popis:
The Creation of New knowledge depends upon the co-evolution and interaction of human with knowledge networks. Knowledge workers more often take "knowledge interaction" as their purpose. In this paper, by using the game theory, the characteristics of knowledge trading behavior among individual agents in a knowledge dynamic interaction system is studied. Basing the evolutionary games chain structure, an analytic model of a continuous dynamic knowledge interaction behavior is founded and its possible evolution trends is discussed. Finally, the Evolutionary stable strategies of knowledge transactions among individual agents in knowledge network via simulation is identified. That is directively meaningful for us to spirit up employees and have a good command of dynamic regulation of a shared knowledge.
