Popis:	The modification of β2-microglobulin by coupling of DTPA groups and subsequent labelling with 111In is described. Purification steps are an ultrafiltration following reaction of the protein with DTPA dianhydride and a gel chromatography of the labelled product. [ 111 In]DTPA -β 2 - microglobulin is obtained with a radiochemical yield of 37%.
