| Popis: | Trapezium fracture is a rare condition that goes undetected and exposes to long-term comorbidities : chronic pain and rhizartrosis. In presence of suggestive clinical presentation with a normal radiograph, CT scan should be considered. Therapeutic guidelines are not well established due to the lack of series reported in the literature. |
