Popis: This study is a randomized controlled trial investigating the effectiveness of turmeric supplementation during enrollment in the Meru Health Program (MHP) for adults with depression. This study will recruit and enroll two groups of participants for comparison (MHP-ONLY vs MHP-TUR). The goal of the study is to determine the feasibility, efficacy, and potential harms associated with turmeric treatment during the MHP enrollment. The study will examine changes in inflammatory biomarkers, depression, anxiety, worker productivity, and burnout between the two groups.
