Popis:	A 90 year-old male was seen in his senior living facility for evaluation of a diffuse rash across his back, thighs, and legs. The patient noted that the rash had been present for a few months and was extremely pruritic. Four shave biopsies were obtained of the rash, taken from the back, both thighs, and right leg.
