Popis: | Oriented crystallization of the Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8-x compound melt has been performed by inductive melting in a cold crucible. The influence of the melt crystallization regime on the size and properties of single crystals is shown. The regime for single-crystal annealing was selected so as to raise the transition temperature. The influence of surface polishing of crystals obtained at different crystallization rates upon high-temperature transition width is shown. A regime for fabrication of single crystals of size 3*1*0.05 mm3 is found. The superconducting fraction (V/V0=100%) of the crystals is characterized by the transition temperature measured along the middle of the resistance curve Tc=81-84 K at temperature dependences R(T)/R(293) converging toward zero at T=80 K. |
