The topic of the master's thesis: "Improving the legal regime for the exploitation of natural resources of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation.The object of the study is the legal relations arising during the exploitation of the natural resources of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation.The subject of the study is the problems of the legal regime of exploitation of the natural resources of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation.The purpose of the master's thesis is a comprehensive study of the problems of the legal regime of exploitation of the natural resources of the continental shelf of the Arctic zone to develop proposals for improving federal legislation in this area.In the course of the study, the following problems were identified: the lack of consolidation of the concept of "integrated security" and a single consolidated regulatory legal act devoted to this problem.To solve this problem, it is necessary that the legislation in this area be consolidated as much as possible. |
