Popis: Arachnoid cysts are central nervous system lesions that infrequently occur in childhood. They can be mobile and produce partial or complete obstruction in the Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) circulation. They are usually present at birth and are asymptomatic, although sometimes the symptoms appear in adolescence or adulthood due to the growth acceleration [1,2].
