Popis: In this article, I discuss quantitative issues in cyberinsurance with 57 experts and present a tutorial summary of how behavioral economics can quantitatively capture cybersecurity behaviors. I also examine how counterfactuals and causal inference can contribute to cyberattribution and liability quantification and suggest possible first steps to improve practicing cyberinsurance.
