Popis: | The ability of bacterial strains of the industrial zone of Ufa city to use 2,5-DСP and 2,4,6-TCP as the only source of carbon and energy was studied. Of the 7 strains of ecotope I, only one was able to utilize 2,5-DCP, while 3 strains used 2,4,6-TCP. In another ecotope, out of 13 strains, 7 cultures used 2,4,6-TCP, and only three - 2,5-DCP. Thus, the toxicity of the substrate for bacterial destructors depended more on the position of chlorine substituents than on their number. |
