| Popis: | The article considers a project as a basis of conscious activity in various spheres of the economy. Any project is implemented in order to meet specific human needs and is aimed at obtaining a certain result, which determines the significance and effectiveness of the project. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific methods, which allowed analyzing the available information and revealing the most significant aspects of the object under study. The role of a project considered in the work confirms its importance for the national economy. The authors analyze the conceptual framework, and give their interpretation of a project adapted to modern conditions. The established external and internal factors make it possible to take into account the influence of near and distant environment of a project in order to reduce their critical impact on the project result. The proposed scheme of movement through the stages of project implementation allows you to manage such project parameters as the duration of implementation, quality and to determine the choice of management method. Due to the large-scale application of a project in various fields of activity, modern economics needs a new look at a project as a system of interrelated elements, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic and requires careful and detailed study. |
