Popis:	A continuing goal for the State of Florida is to allow parents, grandparents, other relatives, and organizations to purchase tuition in advance, appliable toward any public university of community college in the State of Florida, and to guarantee a child's college tuition when they are ready for college. The program also provides for prepaid dormitory expense as an adiitional option for those purchasing a four year university plan. This paper examines the marketing implications of this program as a pre-need service.
