Popis:	The flexible heterocyclic thio­ether ligand bis­(pyrimidin-2-yl­sulfan­yl)methane in the centrosymmetric title compound, [Cu2Cl2(C9H8N4S2)2]n, links Cu2Cl2 dimers into a chain. The chains are linked into a three-dimensional network through C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The CuI atom is in a slightly distorted tetra­hedral coordination environment.
