This paper proposes a mathematical multilinear regression battery model in photovoltaic (PV) power plant. The model uses the battery current and the state of charge as independent variables. The mathematical model is implemented and realized in Matlab environment. To validate and analyze the model adequacy and accuracy a comparative analysis with battery installed in PV power plant operating in real life conditions is made. The results show admissible accuracy combined with high computational efficiency. Extensive options for additional improvement and model fine tuning are present. |
