Popis: | This work considers the integration of interval operability analysis and fault-tolerant control design for non-square systems with actuator faults. First, a novel formulation of the virtual actuator based on a two-layer moving horizon approach is proposed. Then, in addition to the original concepts of interval operability, the explicit incorporation of fault effects considering the blocked positions of stuck actuators (lock-in-place) is presented. The proposed approach provides a systematic method to determine feasible operating ranges for output variables during fault scenarios. The interval operability assessment of actuator faults scenarios is performed in a two-CSTR system, resulting in operable and inoperable situations depending on the extent of the blocked actuator position. |
