Popis: The accurate measurement of real-time vessel fuel consumption is very important for accurate calculation of ship energy efficiency as well as for ship management department to get vessel fuel consumption. A kind of real-time vessel fuel consumption monitoring system was designed to obtain real-time information of oil consumption of main engine and auxiliary engine, main engine speed, main engine axle power, vessel speed and generated energy of auxiliary engine. The information was obtained through sensors and equipment such as fuel consumption gauge, rotating speed sensor, shaft power sensor, GPS, digital electric kilowatt-hour meter, the public computer, etc. The correlation among main engine oil consumption, main engine axle power, main engine speed and vessel speed was established through their relationship. And the correlation between generated energy and auxiliary engine oil consumption was established through their relationship. The accurate measurement and error alarm of vessel oil consumption can be realized through the correlations and the measured data above. And the error alarm will be sent to ship management terminal and ship management departments by wired and wireless transmission equipment, which helps the handlers and administrators of vessel get the real fuel consumption.
