Popis: | We studied the effect of lead acetate in the average toxic dose on lipid and protein metabolism in the blood of adult female albino rats. When exposed to lead acetate for 7 days in plasma of animals of the experimental group watched the reduction indicators such as total protein, albumin, HDL and increased creatinine, uric acid, urea, cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL. |
