Popis: | Phenol has low selectivity, which results in significant losses of oil components with the extract in phenol purification. Industrial packed columns ensure efficient purification 3-4 extraction stages, and the height of one theoretical stage is 4 m and more. The low efficiency of extraction columns is due to the special features of the oil-phenol system. The low interphase tension on the boundary of these phases (1-5 mN/m) ensures their fine dispersion and mutual miscibility, but the small difference in their densities (approximately 150 kg/m s) and relatively high viscosity of the raw material, especially in purification of deasphalted product, complicates subsequent separation. |
