Popis:	Background: Aim-The success of labor induction depends on the cervical status at the time of induction. Objective- For effective cervical ripening both foley catheter and a dinoprostone gel are used. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of the intracervical Foleys catheter and dinoprostone gel in cervical ripening for successful induction of labor.
