Popis: | Development of radioelectronics and informational-communicational technologies of the XXI-st century is related to reception and transmission of constantly incrementing data volumes and oriented on application of sub-THz and THz frequency ranges (0.1 - 10 THz). Nano-photonic technologies progress has the increasing value as for telecommunication and space communication systems. In the work an optical properties of micro-and nanoparticles, including spherical, using in magnetophotonic structures are explored. Investigation of the physical phenomena and processes in such media can optimally support their efficiency for making of new element baseline of radioelectronics. Multipurpose arrangement creating of new generation, capable to function in subTHz and THz ranges, will entail the progress of telecommunication and XXI-st century communication systems. |
