Popis: The Great East Japan Earthquake caused a fear of large earthquakes, tsunamis, and radiation disasters caused by nuclear accidents in the Japanese public. After a disaster, such as an earthquake, people in the disaster region continue to live an unstable life and are exhausted both mentally and physically. To more quickly regain stability, it is necessary to address the topics of anxiety. The purpose of this research is to use a feelings dictionary and text mining technique to study effective extraction methods for determining the issues causing anxiety in disasters. Therefore, we collected a massive amount of information consisting of questions and answers posted before and after three recent large Japanese earthquakes to an open site (i.e., a website in which anyone can post questions and answers freely) and analyzed the issues causing anxiety. The analysis results suggest that the topics of the questions can indicate the causes of anxiety at the time of disaster.
