Popis: | In this contribution a novel probe excitation structure for magnetic resonance force microscopy is presented. It relies on a modified slotline setup, which provides the necessary magnetic field excitations. Therefore, permanent magnets were integrated into the rf-design in order to realize a compact setup. An additional hall sensor in combination with an off-the shelf AD-converter board enables a feedback control loop of the rf-excitation frequency. The simulation aided design of the rf-transmission line structure as well as measurement results are presented and discussed in detail. Finally, the integrated hall sensor is utilized in order to investigate the homogeneity of the realized static magnetic field. |
