Popis: | Large stamped ribbed preforms are used for fabricating airframe sets of modern aircraft. The quality of critical stamped preforms is determined by the level of the technology of production and heat treatment and is guaranteed by fulfillment of the standard requirements imposed on the mechanical properties and crack and corrosion resistances, which are provided by low residual internal stresses and warping of the part. The level of residual internal stresses and the subsequent warping in the mechanical treatment of the part are determined by the uniformity of the cooling in hardening and the deformation of the hardened semifinished product in the stage of fabricating the part. Warping is a consequence of redistribution of residual internal stresses under an external effect. Investigation of regular features and a search for new efficient methods of decreasing warping are an important task to be solved in order to improve the quality, reliability, and service life of aircraft parts. |
