Popis: | Date Presented 04/01/2022 This study explored the employers’ perception of entry-level OTs’ competence in the treatment of upper extremity dysfunction (UED). A qualitative study using a basic interpretive approach was conducted using semi-structured interviews with seven OT supervisors. Participants identified skills needed for treating UED, skills expected from entry-level OTs, and their perception of entry-level competence, grouped in three themes: overarching skills, evaluation skills, and interventions skills.
