On MSC-based performance simulation

Popis:	The Internet will more and more conquer the mobile world of wireless networks. Hence new architectures using existing and new IETF protocols are on the verge of being implemented into wireless access networks. This is also one objective in the IPonAIR/MxRAN project2, which started in the middle of 2001. In this paper we provide a detailed description of the performance evaluation part of that project. We give an overview of the conceived tools and present the proposed methods to be used.
