Popis:	The aim of the study is to create a mathematical-biophysical model for modeling the dynamics of the action of solar radiation on the environment of the northern regions of the Earth. Using the Schrödinger wave function, the propagation of the intensity of solar radiation is presented. As a result, a biophysical model of the action of electromagnetic radiation is obtained.
