As part of the scientific and practical task, an analysis of the reinforcement of risks was carried out in the design of a high-rise hotel. In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved: 1. identification of risk factors; 2. estimation of the probability of occurrence of each factor; 3. calculation of the mathematical expectation of damage from risk, variance, standard deviation and coefficient of variation; 4. identification of the most dangerous of the risk factor and drawing up recommendations for the management of the risks considered in the work. Based on the work done, the following results were obtained Economic risk has the greatest influence on the amount of possible damage to the project under the influence of the factors under study. from this risk may amount to 200 million. After the risk assessment procedure, it is necessary to analyze the results and draw up a scenario for risk management. To do this, identify factors that, based on the calculations performed, increase the negative impact of the corresponding type of risk on the project. |
