| Popis: | The purpose of our study was to study obstetric medical evacuations received at the Fana Reference Health Centre. We had 16.85% frequency of evacuations; The maternal death rate was low (0.08%) but the foetal prognosis was poor (19.2%). There is therefore a major need to improve the quality of antenatal consultations and follow-up of labour at birth. Our study found shortcomings in the correct filling of supports. The most common reason for evacuation was dystocia. |
