Popis: | Critical processes (T→T c ± ) and spin-phonon relaxation processes (T>Tc) are investigated in magnetic semiconductor crystals on basis of CdCr2Se4 and also in ferromagnetic metal CuCr2Se4.It is shown that the modern theories of critical relaxation can not comprehensively explain such experimental results as values of “critical exponents” and effects of magnetic field. |
