Popis: The article defines an isolated power system. Taking into account the peculiarities of regulation of modern power plants, the need for special management in case of emergency power shortages in an isolated power system is justified. The principle of special anti-accident automation to prevent unacceptable frequency reduction is stated. To increase the level of reliability of consumers power supply and prevent the risk of a frequency avalanche, it is proposed to use special automation that provides a preventive shutdown of the minimum required load volume, depending on the current mode of the power system and the available power of the disconnected power object.
