Popis: | In this paper, the Ni – P is deposited on steel through electrolytic process. During deposition the magnetic field is used to control the deposit and the same was performed with conventional concept. The difference in magnetic field found better than the conventional process. Efficiency of the coating and the crystallinity of the coating evaluated through a standard procedure. In the case of annealing, the decrease in microstrain and the corresponding increase in crystallite size is associated with the decreasing defect content of the lattice as a consequence of recovery and recrystallization processes. This behavior of increasing both crystallite size and microstrain is distinctly different. The strains which are produced by the magnetic field by constraining the movement of atoms as mentioned earlier could be the reason for this trend. |
