Popis:	The aim of this study is to measure change in service user involvement (SUI) in secure mental health units, before and after the implementation of recovery-oriented practice. The study is a longitudinal quasi-experimental study, with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Two high/medium secure units that implemented recovery-oriented practice are compared with two medium secure units that did not. Study populations are all the inpatients and frontline staff in the study units.
