Popis: Design, fabrication and analysis of graphene based resonators at microwave frequencies are presented. Chemical Vapor Deposited (CVD) graphene is used to fabricate the resonating stub, where Raman spectroscopy has been adopted to confirm the layer number of graphene. The measurements were carried out from 12 GHz to 28 GHz. The results of graphene resonator's input impedance show that graphene could work well as a resonating unit in the short-end resonating structure, demonstrating that graphene based resonators can find a lot of applications in developing guided graphene based devices at microwave frequencies.
