Popis: Clinical Practice Points • MDS can occur in patients who have a history of prior exposure to chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy for a previous lymphoma. • MDS can occur with autoimmune disorders not responsive to immunosuppressive treatments. • Cytopenias and immunosuppressive treatments can lead to infections from opportunistic agents. • Mobilizing more cells than the amount needed to be infused could save patients with haematological disease from later cytopenic conditions.
