С помоÑÑÑ SWOT-анализа опÑÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ ÑакÑоÑÑ, влиÑÑÑие на ÑпÑÐ¾Ñ Ð½Ð° кваÑÑиÑÑ, поÑле Ñего меÑодом ÑкÑпеÑÑного анализа они бÑли пÑоÑанжиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑÑепени знаÑимоÑÑи. Таким обÑазом, бÑли вÑбÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑÑи клÑÑевÑÑ ÑакÑоÑа, Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ¾ÑоÑÑÑ Ð±Ñло пÑоизведено ÑаÑпÑеделение ÑеÑÑÑÑов Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñии ÑиÑков Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑода опÑималÑнÑÑ ÑеÑений. The work is devoted to the management of construction risks using the example of a residential complex. In the course of the work, the types of construction risks, their classification, methods of analysis and risk management were studied. With the help of SWOT analysis, the factors influencing the demand for apartments were determined, after which they were ranked according to the degree of importance by the method of expert analysis. Thus, three key factors were selected, for which the allocation of resources was made to minimize risks using the method of optimal decisions. With the help of a survey of experts, time and cost reserves were calculated. The project efficiency indicators and their change under the influence of reserves have been determined. |
