The technology of simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) based on lidar is the key technology of mobile robots. Lidar can obtain accurate distance and intensity information from the environment, and is widely used in high-precision map construction and map-based matching and positioning. The 3D point cloud map constructed by 3D laser SLAM can more completely reflect the 3D environment information and provide more useful information for navigation. In this paper, 3D slam methods based on lidar are investigated to understand the existing academic achievements, and several commonly used 3D slam methods are summarized. In addition, their advantages and disadvantages are compared, and the development trend of 3D slam is prospected. |
