Popis: Based on content analysis of reports from leading job search agencies, the article examines the dynamics of demand for green professions, professional trends and requirements for candidates. Based on the results of the study, we conclude that there is a multiple increase in demand for environmentalists - industrialists in the leading economic sectors of the Russian industry: energy, metallurgy, construction and real estate, mining and oil industries, in the consumer sector, environmentalists occupy a niche in retail and food production, agriculture. Ecologists can be engaged in both highly specialized work, depending on the specifics of the enterprise (monitoring, hydrology, climatology, radiology, etc.), and occupy leadership and managerial positions (sustainability specialist), which significantly expands the range of responsibilities. In addition to environmentalists, a new class of specialists is being trained - ESG - professions with interdisciplinary skills in the field of ecology, economics and management (social management), the demand for which is growing along with the spread of ESG standards.
