| Popis: | computing is an important Technology that has become an essential component of the of an IT Industry. Cloud computing is offering everything as a service. The usage of services provided by the cloud is growing drastically. Even though it is a critical issue in order to select and use the potential service on the cloud. SaaS delivery model is used more attractive by many users due to its benefits. To realize these benefits, it demands a standard quality model which helps service users to select software services. In this paper, a new quality model is proposed to evaluate the service customizability of SaaS on the cloud which is a key attribute of SaaS.
