Vibration analysis not only detects mechanical or electrical defects which may occur during operation of the installations, but also defects in design. It allows the user to evaluate the condition of the equipment and to avoid breakdowns. Maintenance personnel can minimize downtime by planning repairs during normal maintenance shutdowns. It is necessary to recognize the type of fault which occurs during operation of a machine. The aim of this work is to study and analyze the vibratory behavior of a finishing mill of an industrial unit. The study presents experimental, theoretical and numerical aspects. In this paper, we will focus on the experimental aspect. The results and analytical and numerical solutions are compared to those of experimentation. |
