Popis: | The modulation of peptide based nanostructure and the mechanical property is of significance in various areas, such as in biomaterial science, tissue engineering, etc. However, how to regulate the peptide based nanostructure from 1D to 2D and the mechanical property is rarely to explore. Herein, we constructed amphiphilic-like peptide (KFAK) to form nanostructure from 1D fibril to 2D sheet, and the nanomechanical properties changed during the modulation. The peptide based fibril was much stiffer than the peptide based nanosheet. |
