Popis:	The genus Micromonospora was found to occur in a diverse range of habitats. Here, we report the genome sequence of an endophytic strain of Micromonospora sp., ANENR4. ANENR4 was isolated from the healthy roots of a peanut ( Arachis hypogaea ) plant from Egra, West Bengal, India.
