Popis:	We develop a new circuit partitioning algorithm, namely Fuzzy Neural Computing (FNC) based on Kohonen's Self-organization Neural Network model. As a general pattern classification algorithm, FNC gets rid of two fatal defects facing most of the existing neural computing algorithms, known as the slow training speed and network parameter sensitivity. Experiments show that FNC outperforms Kohonenls Self-Organizing Feature Maps(S0FM) both in the sense of training speed and partitioning results.
