Ðнализ пÑоводилÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑодом маÑемаÑиÑеÑкого моделиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑÑ Ð¿ÑогÑаммного обеÑпеÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Altair EDEM, оÑнованного на меÑоде диÑкÑеÑнÑÑ ÑлеменÑов (DEM) и пÑименимого Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸ÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑпÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ гÑанÑлиÑованнÑÑ Ð¼Ð°ÑеÑиалов.  РÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑли пÑоанализиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ ÑÑÑÑойÑÑва нанеÑение и ÑазÑÐ°Ð²Ð½Ð¸Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÑоÑкового маÑеÑиала на оÑнове вÑаÑаÑÑегоÑÑ Ñолика. Ðа оÑновании пÑоведенного ÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°ÑеÑÑва нанеÑÑннÑÑ ÑлоÑв ÑазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑеÑкие ÑекомендаÑии по вÑбоÑÑ ÑпоÑоба нанеÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑлоÑ. The theme of the final qualification work: "Development and research of a metal powder leveling device based on a rotating roller."  This work is devoted to the study of a device for delimiting a metal powder based on a rotating roller. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. Study of the designs of leveling devices at additive manufacturing plants.2. Modeling the application and dilution of the powder material.3. Processing the simulation results and selecting the best case and the most suitable roller diameter.4. Development of the design of the leveling device.  Calculations were carried out showing visually, as observable methods of detection and dilution of the powder material, as well as the diameter of the roller on the quality of the applied layer. The analysis was carried out by mathematical modeling using the Altair EDEM software, based on the discrete element method (DEM) and applicable to the simulation of bulk and granular materials.  As a result, devices for applying and leveling powder material based on a rotating roller were analyzed. Based on the results of the comparison of the quality of the applied layers, a technological recommendation was developed for choosing the use of the layer. |
