Popis: Farmers make adjustments continually to changing conditions that are beyond their control. One factor, critical to their success, is especially changeable, unpredictable, and uncontrollable: the weather. Unusually hot and dry weather is an ever-present threat to agriculture and, in turn, to rural communities which rely on the local agricultural sector for prosperity and economic well-being.
