Popis:	The sign of a negabinary number is not explicit. This paper presents a method to detect the sign as well as the zero magnitude of a negabinary number using cellular arrays. The basic cell is designed to implement the recursive relation of the logical equation defining the sign. The cellular arrays are constructed using basic cells both in the serial and parallel modes.
