The 21st Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has posed an historic objective before the working people of our country: to make, in the coming seven years, a major step in the direction of the solution of the basic economic task of the USSR and in the upbuilding of a communist society. An important role in the solution of these objectives is to be played by the collective farms. In the course of finding additional reserve capacities for the expansion of collective farm production, increasing labor productivity and reducing the cost of agricultural produce, and also in increasing the profitability of collective farm production, the collective farms are paying much attention to the development and organization of cost accounting. |
