Analysing actual surgical case studies are a good way of understanding the nuances of nasal tip surgery, including the diagnosis and management. All these patients have been operated by the author and have given detailed consents for publication of their photographs similar to all the photographs used in this book. In our NHS patients, consent has been obtained also from the management to use the patient’s photographs as well. We have included patients ranging from pleasing results to less optimal,but more stable long term results to highlight the pragmatism involved in this surgery. |
