Popis: Korea is progressing towards a Super Aged Society. ICT services as an applicable element to ubiquitous home are the significant part to enhance Quality of Life of the elderly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to seek the ICT service development direction and planning elements that can be applied to aging friendly ubiquitous home by exploring the pre-elderly consumers’ ICT service needs based on lifestyle. The literature survey and web-surveyed were used for this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found sixth lifestyles according to physically healthy, economically stable and socially active of respondent’s people. Type 5 was found to have the highest percentage in sixth lifestyle types. Second, the level of preferences on ICT services used in ubiquitous home deferred depending on their lifestyle. Third, invasion & theft protection was preferred the most of all lifestyle types. Forth, ICT service needs were significantly varied on the kitchen in ubiquitous home. Finally, suggesting ICT services in consideration of resident’s lifestyle as well as characters is vital in designing ubiquitous home.
